Building a Healthy Community through Compassionate Care

Our Mission

OYINMA MEMORIAL FOUNDATION is a non-profit organization passionate about providing free healthcare services and community outreach programs to underprivileged families in the villages of Aba, Abia State, Nigeria. Our goal is to ensure access to medical care, especially in maternal-fetal health, to reduce infant and maternal mortality rates in these areas of Abia State.

Our mission is to improve the health and well-being of these communities by providing access to quality healthcare, compassionate medical services, and health education.

Through our commitment and passion, we aim to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals and families in need.

Our Approach

We are committed to leveraging the collective power of communities, local leaders, and partners to address health disparities and empower the people of Aba. By providing access to free healthcare, we focus on preventative care, health education, and community involvement to create lasting improvements in health outcomes. We believe that collaboration across sectors is key—local health workers, non-profits, government agencies, and residents working together can achieve greater impact.

Our approach involves:

  • Delivering free, high-quality healthcare to underserved individuals

  • Partnering with local organizations to offer comprehensive health education programs

  • Empowering the community to take charge of their health through accessible resources and services

Our Community

Our strength comes from the people we serve and the partnerships we build. The Oyinma Memorial Foundation is deeply rooted in Aba’s community, and we work hand-in-hand with local leaders, healthcare providers, and residents to address the most pressing health challenges. We believe that when a community unites around a common goal, such as improving access to healthcare, sustainable and transformative change can be realized.

Our community is:

  • Local Leaders who advocate for better health policies and practices in Aba

  • Healthcare Professionals who provide care and share their expertise to ensure that our programs are effective and impactful

  • Residents who participate in our programs and initiatives, helping to shape the future of healthcare in their neighborhoods

Together, we are creating a healthier, more resilient Aba.
